The standard duration of the rental will depend on the chosen activity and is normally from 10am to 18pm depending on the season. Additional hours have an additional cost.

The renter is responsible for the actions of all listed passengers. The boat cannot be used for transporting goods, weapons, drugs, or hazardous substances. Commercial activities, professional fishing, sports competitions, or other non-recreational purposes are prohibited. The renter must comply with applicable regulations and bears responsibility for any violations. Blackdune is not liable for personal belongings damaged or lost during the rental.

If the boat is unavailable due to breakdowns or other causes before rental, the full amount will be refunded. For breakdowns during rental not caused by the renter, a proportional refund will be issued.

Negligence by the renter, such as clogging the toilet with non-permitted items, incurs a fee. For severe negligence, Blackdune reserves the right to terminate the contract and claim damages.

The price of the experience covers everything needed for an unforgettable journey. This includes the planned route and navigation time, along with a warm welcome onboard featuring a selection of drinks and snacks.

You’ll be guided by an experienced skipper, knowledgeable about the islands and the best spots to explore. Additionally, the service includes accident insurance, enhanced safety measures, and all necessary permits for anchoring in protected areas, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.

Please note that the boat is equipped with a professional camera and snorkelling equipment if you wish. We are not responsible for the loss or breakage of your equipment or material.

The consumption of alcohol will be permitted at the discretion of the captain, and in accordance with appropriate behaviour.

Yes, depending on the type of activity you have booked, we make stops to anchor at carefully selected beaches and coves. Our experienced skipper, who knows the islands and the surrounding waters, will meet with you before departure to plan the route and guarantee you an unforgettable experience tailored to your preferences.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and a light jacket or windbreaker in case of cooler breezes. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect yourself from the sun. If you plan to swim, simply bring your swimsuit, as we provide towels and water on board.

Additionally, bring any medications you require and, if you’d like, a camera to capture the stunning views and memorable moments during your trip.

There is no age limit in this respect. It is only necessary to be extremely safe in the case of children and that they understand the rules of the boat and the guidelines given to them by the skipper. The hirer is solely responsible for the safety, behaviour and entertainment of the children on board.

However, we must warn that this is not a suitable activity for people with reduced mobility.

The Canary Islands are known for their year-round favorable weather. However, natural phenomena such as trade winds and “calima” (dust storms from the Sahara) occasionally occur and can impact the quality of the activity or trip.

In such cases, the captain or skipper of the boat will assess the conditions and provide expert guidance to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the experience. They will make informed recommendations on whether the activity can proceed or if adjustments are necessary.

Blackdune reserves the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe weather conditions (strong winds, rain, rough seas).

If you require a shuttle service from your accommodation to the harbour, please indicate this at the time of booking. Once we receive your request, we will send you a message with the available options, which will depend on the location of your accommodation.

This shuttle service will be free of charge for bookings of at least 6 hours.

Of course, please note that the boat already includes amenities such as towels and snorkelling equipment.
